Durable, washed coarse sand with larger grains designed for drainage and base stability. Ideal as a bedding layer under pavers or slabs, for pipe bedding and utility trenches, or as a component in concrete mixes. The lower fines content encourages water to pass through quickly, reducing pooling and helping projects settle firmly. Spreads smoothly, compacts reliably, and blends well with aggregate where a more open base is needed. Natural color and moisture vary by source. For best performance, place over a firm, well-drained sub-grade and compact in thin lifts.
